Mastics-Moriches-Shirley Community Library offers LawDepot as a resource for patrons. LawDepot has free templates for creating legal documents. LawDepot has templates for:
- Bill of Sale
- Power of Attorney
- Last Will and Testament
- Separation Agreement
- Service Agreement
- Lease Agreement

LawDepot is offered as an “extra” through the Libby App. To use LawDepot you will need to sign in with your library card, the same way you would sign in for the Libby App. After you sign in, you will have to click “Get Access.” A pop-up window will appear explaining the privacy policy. You will have to click “Continue to LawDepot.” You will have access to LawDepot for 30 days, and if you want to use this resource again after 30 days, you will have to repeat these steps to gain access. After you click “Continue,” you will see all the subjects for the templates you may want to use. Once you click a subject, like “Rent out Property,” you can then make a template for rental/lease agreements. Law Depot will ask you specific questions pertaining to your document, so that your legal agreement is catered to your specific needs. This free resource is very useful for people who need to create formal legal documents for many different needs and situations.
