HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A LIBRARY PICKUP:
At this time, we are only offering Library Pickup for patrons who have reserved items that are ready to be checked out.
When your items are ready for pickup, you will receive a phone call from the library. Once you verify that you want the items, the staff member will check out your materials and place them into a bag with your receipt.
You will then schedule a pickup time during the library’s operating hours. Please only show up for your scheduled pickup time.
When you arrive at the library for your scheduled pickup time, look for the designated signs for curbside (cars) and sidewalk (walkers) and wait at the appropriate location. Then follow the instructions on the sign.
Please maintain social distance from others as you wait, and do not approach staff members as they deliver your items.

Search the catalog for books, movies & more Once you have found what you would like to borrow, click REQUEST. Enter your barcode and password and select Mastics-Moriches-Shirley as your pickup location.

Call us at 631-399-1511 and ask to reserve items.
A staff member will search for your wanted items and reserve them. You will need to have your library barcode available.
PLEASE NOTE: We will be working through a list of patron reserves and will call you when the items are available. It may take several days or even weeks between request and pickup, especially if you are requesting popular items. We thank you for your patience as we work to serve our community.
