Computers
The Library has a variety of current technologies that are available for both in-house use and circulation. Our computers are equipped with high-speed Internet access, color printers, scanners, and software for all of your needs. You will need a valid library card to access a computer. Computer use is available by appointment or walk-in.
Copiers
A high-quality color copier is located on the Main Level. Black and white copiers are available on all levels of the building.
Other Technology
Overhead and slide projectors, and instant cameras are available for in-library programs, and for checkout. Contact the Circulation Desk for loan periods or to reserve equipment.
Our technologically advanced Meeting Room is equipped with large video screen, video projection and a modern sound system.
CD players with headphones are available at individual listening stations.
Additionally, Two TI 83 Plus Graphical Calculators are available to students in 7th - 12th grades for in-library use.

Technology for Children
The Family Computer Room is available to patrons with young children. This area
provides toys, board books and Little Tykes Computer so that your child may
remain with you as you work on your computer. You must logon to the Family
Computer Room computers using your library card.
Children up to grade six may present their library card and access our computers
for the internet, CD-ROM games, and/or word processing. These computers are
available on a first-come, first served basis.
Our Early Childhood Area features three Little Tykes Computers designed for
younger children with games such as Arthur's Kindergarten and Dreamship
Adventures. These computers do not require a library card and do not have
internet access.

Technology for Adults
The library provides a variety of computer services to meet the needs of our adult patrons. For computer beginners, we offer small, hands-on instructional classes. The basics of personal computing are included, word processing, the Internet, and E-Mail communications. The same classes are also available in Spanish for our Spanish-speaking patrons.
The library has numerous computers located on the main floor available for e-mail and Internet access. Patrons requiring more specialized computer equipment, such as scanners and CD burners, will find them in the computer room located on the lower level. Also available are popular programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and desktop publishing. Contact the computer room to schedule an appointment. Please bring your library card.

Technology for Teens
Our computers are equipped with high-speed Internet access, color printing, and programs including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, FrontPage, Access and PrintShop. Teens may access a computer each day for one hour of Internet usage, or two hours of desktop publishing. You will need your library card for computer access.
Teens are invited to our Internet Café the first Friday of each month from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 pm. Browse the web, play games, E-Mail or create your own webpage in a supervised environment with expert assistance.
