Librarians are here to effectively assist patrons in finding the information they need for both personal and professional purposes. This interaction involves assessing the need, determining the appropriate source or sources, searching, acquiring and providing the information. Our librarians possess knowledge of a wide variety of scholarly and public information sources, as well as current trends in literature, publishing, media and information technology. Librarians develop and manage the Community Library's collection of online and print materials, and offer the guidance to utilize these resources successfully.
