Brighter Tomorrows Provides counseling, support groups, and referrals to victims of domestic violence. Offers transportation and court advocacy to help victims access legal options. Special group counseling services for children who are victims/witnesses of domestic violence.

Chamber of Commerce of the Moriches Chamber of Commerce for Center Moriches, Moriches and East Moriches. The Chamber of Commerce was organized in 1926 and incorporated in 1946. Our goal is to promote Business to Business relations, and local shopping. The Chamber meets every second Tuesday of the month (6:15 pm meeting) September through June.
Christ Church Provides emergency food once a month to those in need. Provides information and referral services.Regular church services are offered.
Colonial Youth and Family Services Serves youth and families in the Mastics, Moriches and Shirley Community. Provides a broad array of services including: counseling, crisis intervention, social services, childcare, recreation and teen parenting. Community Library's Family Literacy Project, Inc. A not-for-profit organization whose mission is to support and encourage family literacy. In addition to ongoing literacy based programs, the Community Library offers special grant funded programs. The Family Literacy Project, Inc. funds nationally recognized, proven programs such as: Parent/Child Home Program, Reach Out and Read, and English as a Second Language Family Literacy Component. Family Service League Family Service League is a not-for-profit, nationally accredited, non-sectarian human service agency. Girl Scouts of Service #48 - Part of Girl Scouts of Suffolk County Service Unit #48 serves Mastic, Mastic Beach, Moriches, and Shirley (the William Floyd School District). Unit #48 has a membership of 300 girls and 100 leaders. Members are offered learning experiences and service projects that help them to grow culturally and socially.

Job/Career Counseling at the Mastics-Moriches-Shirley Community Library Provides assistance with job search techniques, self-assessment, and educational planning. The program is free of charge to all Community Library card holders. For information call 631 399-1511, ext. 240.

Knights of Columbus J.V. Kavanaugh Council #5293 The Knights of Columbus is the world's largest Catholic family fraternal service organization with 1.7 million members. It provides members and their families with volunteer opportunities in service to the Catholic Church, their communities, families and young people.
Mastics Shirley Lions Club The Lions Club is a service organization dealing with blind or visually handicapped individuals. They welcome anyone who wants to join. There is a $50 annual membership fee. Monthly meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month @ Ladakins Restaurant.
