Brighter Tomorrows Provides counseling, support groups, and referrals to victims of domestic violence. Offers transportation and court advocacy to help victims access legal options. Special group counseling services for children who are victims/witnesses of domestic violence.

Chamber of Commerce of the Moriches Chamber of Commerce for Center Moriches, Moriches and East Moriches. The Chamber of Commerce was organized in 1926 and incorporated in 1946. Our goal is to promote Business to Business relations, and local shopping. The Chamber meets every second Tuesday of the month (6:15 pm meeting) September through June.

Community Library's Family Literacy Project, Inc. A not-for-profit organization whose mission is to support and encourage family literacy. In addition to ongoing literacy based programs, the Community Library offers special grant funded programs. The Family Literacy Project, Inc. funds nationally recognized, proven programs such as: Parent/Child Home Program, Reach Out and Read, and English as a Second Language Family Literacy Component. Girl Scouts of Service #48 - Part of Girl Scouts of Suffolk County Service Unit #48 serves Mastic, Mastic Beach, Moriches, and Shirley (the William Floyd School District). Unit #48 has a membership of 300 girls and 100 leaders. Members are offered learning experiences and service projects that help them to grow culturally and socially.
HEAR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES INC. The purpose of this organization is to provide transportation service to HIV positive, AIDS children and adults to and from medical, hospital and other necessary appointments. Transportation is also available to persons who are physically, mentally or legally unable to operate a motor vehicle due to the fact they are intoxicated of have exceeded the legal limits as determined by state laws.
